Payment Policy

This policy outlines how payments are accepted and processed on Pixla Gold.

Accepted Payment Modes We accept NEFT, RTGS, UPI, and direct bank transfer. Card and wallet payments may be enabled for select order types.

Invoicing An invoice is generated for every confirmed order, itemising product price, applicable GST, and any handling charges.

Rate-Lock Booking Locking a rate does not require upfront payment; it simply reserves today's price for 48 hours pending confirmation.

Instalment / Payment Timelines Where a seller has enabled instalment payments under their membership plan, buyers may pay according to the agreed schedule (e.g. a percentage upfront followed by scheduled instalments) instead of paying the full amount at once. Instalment schedules are shown at checkout when available.

Full Payment Before Dispatch Regardless of instalment arrangements, the final instalment must be received before the order is dispatched, unless otherwise agreed in writing with the seller.

Failed or Delayed Payments Orders with incomplete payment beyond the agreed schedule may be cancelled, and any partial payment handled per our Refund Policy.

Taxes All applicable GST and statutory charges are included in the final invoice and are the responsibility of the buyer unless stated otherwise.
