Seller Policy
This policy applies to all vendors ("Sellers") operating a storefront on Pixla Gold.
Onboarding & Verification Sellers must complete KYC and GST verification before listing products. Admin approval is required before a seller account or product goes live.
Listing Standards - Every listed product must state accurate purity, weight, brand/mint, and certification. - Pricing must be transparent and consistent with prevailing market (MCX-linked) rates. - Misrepresentation of purity, origin, or certification is grounds for immediate suspension.
Membership Plan Limits Sellers operate under a membership plan (Basic, Premium, or On Demand) that governs daily enquiry contact-view limits, purchase confirmation limits, active product-listing caps, and whether instalment payment timelines can be offered to buyers. Upgrade requests are reviewed and approved by admin.
Enquiry Handling Sellers are expected to respond to buyer enquiries routed to their Enquiries pipeline in a timely manner and keep enquiry stages (New, Quoted, Won, Lost) up to date.
Commission & Fees A commission is applied to completed orders as agreed at onboarding, deducted before payout settlement.
Code of Conduct Sellers must deal fairly and professionally with buyers, honour quoted rates within the stated validity window, and refrain from soliciting buyers outside the platform using contact details unlocked through the feed.
Suspension & Termination Pixla Gold may suspend or terminate a seller account for repeated buyer complaints, purity misrepresentation, non-fulfilment of confirmed orders, or breach of this policy.
