Our Role Pixla Gold operates a marketplace connecting independent, verified gold and silver sellers with buyers. We facilitate enquiries, rate-lock bookings, and order coordination; individual sellers are responsible for product accuracy, purity claims, and fulfilment of their own listings unless otherwise stated.

Pricing Displayed rates are indicative and linked to MCX spot pricing plus applicable handling charges. Final price is confirmed at the time of order or rate-lock.

Account Responsibilities You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activity under your account, including enquiries and orders placed through it.

Prohibited Conduct - Circumventing membership plan limits through multiple accounts. - Misrepresenting product purity, certification, or seller credentials. - Using contact details unlocked through the platform for unrelated solicitation.

Intellectual Property All branding, design, and content on this platform belong to Pixla Gold and may not be reproduced without permission.

Limitation of Liability Pixla Gold is not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from third-party seller conduct, market price movements, or delivery delays caused by logistics partners.

Governing Law These terms are governed by the laws of India, with courts in Bangalore having exclusive jurisdiction.

Changes We may update these terms from time to time; continued use of the platform constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
